"Precend est un réseau de compétences au service de l’industrie labellisé Plateforme Régionale d’Innovation (PRI) par la Région des Pays de la Loire. C’est un cluster qui regroupe des moyens humains et matériels autour des Essais non destructifs ou Contrôles non destructifs et du Structural health monitoring. Grâce à nos adhérents, nous avons aussi d’autres compétences : analyses & caractérisation des matériaux, simulation et propriétés thermiques, robotique, préparation et traitement de surfaces… Le cluster mène deux actions principales : L’animation du réseau en diffusant des connaissances ou en organisant des journées techniques et la gestion de projets pour le compte des industriels. Precend anime la communauté francophone du Structural Health Monitoring (SHM), notamment en organisant la journée nationale annuelle : www.shm-france.fr "
Precend is a network of skills at the service of industry, labelled Regional Innovation Platform (PRI) by the Pays de la Loire Region. It is a cluster that brings together human and material resources around non-destructive testing and structural health monitoring. Thanks to our members, we also have other skills: analysis and characterisation of materials, simulation and thermal properties, robotics, preparation and treatment of surfaces, etc. The cluster has two main activities: leading the network by disseminating knowledge or organising technical days, and managing projects on behalf of manufacturers. Precend leads the French-speaking Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) community, in particular by organizing the annual national day: www.shm-france.fr
