Le Conseil économique, social et environnemental est la seconde assemblée de l’institution régionale, placée au côté du Conseil régional pour l’éclairer par ses avis. La complémentarité entre les deux instances, conciliant prospective et action politique, permet de répondre avec réalisme et innovation aux besoins des Auvergne-Rhônalpins.
The Economic, Social and Environmental Council is the second assembly of the regional institution, placed alongside the Regional Council to enlighten it with its opinions. The complementarity between the two bodies, reconciling foresight and political action, enables them to respond realistically and innovatively to the needs of the people of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
